Spread over two floors, in this villa you will enjoy absolute privacy and a dream view.
You will be welcomed by a majestic living room, spacious and bright, whose large windows already offer a foretaste of the fantastic view you can enjoy from the terrace. At night, everything is transformed into a magical ambience: you will feel as if you are living a dream from which you would never want to wake up.

Yet pictures, splendid though they may be, do not do justice to its atmosphere: the infinity pool, the sun loungers on which to lie and sunbathe, and the chill-out area with sofas, offer an interesting view of the island from any vantage point. 270° of pure spectacle!

The interior décor is elegant, with an upscale lounge and kitchen. The white sofas blend perfectly with the rest of the furnishings and walls, which together with the wooden parquet flooring create a super subtle effect.

The large American-style kitchen is equipped with all appliances and is architecturally stylish thanks to the special marble used for the finishing.

On the ground floor there is also a small office and a service bathroom, while on the lower floor there is access to the private gym and a small service kitchen.

The first floor leads to the sleeping area of the house. To say the least, wonderful!
The master room with en-suite bathroom features a panoramic bathtub and a master bedroom with incredible views of the sea and the landscape.
